Each fixture (luminaire) can be configured with one to nine LED lamp modules in a variety of geometric layouts including hub-and-spoke. Each lamp module in the fixture can be mounted at several angles, rotated to any position, and configured to deliver one of five different beam spreads in several color temperatures including 5000K (daylight) and 4000K (neutral). Each LED lamp module in the fixture generates up to 6,200 lumens of light output, or over 55,000 lumens from a 9-lamp fixture. Special electrical wiring, network infrastructure wiring, computer servers, or mounting hardware is not required to install, operate, or control the fixtures.
Each fixture is independently controllable wirelessly and can be turned on, turned off, or dimmed to any level from 100% down to 1%, instantly or gradually, and at any time, either individually by fixture or in fixture groups. What’s more, integrated wireless daylight sensors and occupancy sensors can be used to maintain constant illumination at working or shopping areas on the floor while turning fixtures off when no people or equipment are present in the illuminated area or aisle.
The Cool Lumens light fixtures automatically adjust to stable or varying input line voltages from 100VAC to 300VAC to deliver constant light output even when connected to dirty-power grids. Each LED lamp module in the fixture is passively cooled through a patent-pending design that efficiently dissipates the heat generated by the high-output LED array in each lamp, maintaining the LEDs at optimal operating temperature for extended life without any fans or other cooling devices.
